Designed to prepare IT professionals at the associate or technician level, the new CCNA validates a wide range of knowledge and skills. The review of the new CCNA covers fundamentals of networking and security, as well as automation and programming. More so, it is simpler. All you need to do is pass an exam, the Cisco Certified Network Associate (200-301 CCNA), to earn the new CCNA certification! And for the prerequisites, although there are none prerequisites for the 200-301 exam, Cisco recommends a minimum of one year of experience implementing and administering Cisco solutions, knowledge of the Basic IP addressing and a good understanding of networking basics.

This new certification replaces the 100-105 ICND1 and 200-105 ICND2. The training covers a wide range of essential fundamentals, in the areas of network, security and services. Following this training you will be able to take the CCNA 200-301 exam.
