Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, DP-900 Exam Preparation

  • Course level: Intermediate

About Course

This training, which prepares you for the DP-900 exam, will allow you to obtain the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification. To take the PL-900 certification exam, you can visit our Pearson VUE Oo2 Formations center. To be well prepared for this exam, you should have a good understanding of fundamental data concepts and know how to implement them through Microsoft Azure Data Services. It is particularly aimed at people who are new to data processing in the cloud. Before taking the DP-900 exam, it is recommended that students become familiar with the principles of relational and non-relational data, and the various types of data workloads, including transactional or analytical. In conclusion, the Azure Data Fundamentals certification helps to prepare for taking other role-oriented Azure certifications, such as Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate, without however being a requirement to obtain them.

Training with preparation for certification
Azure Data Fundamentals

During this Microsoft Azure Data training, you will learn the fundamentals of database concepts and develop basic skills in using data services in a cloud computing environment. You will start by identifying and describing relational and non-relational databases, big data and analytical data and then study how this technology is implemented in Microsoft Azure.

In the following courses, you will learn about the roles, missions and obligations of each employee in the field of cloud data services. You will discuss the creation and deployment of databases as well as the data warehouse part. Finally, you will explore the existing processing options for building data analysis solutions in Azure and finish with Power-Bi, Azure Synapse Analytics services, Azure Databricks, and Azure HDInsight.

With this training, you will be prepared to take the Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals DP-900 certifying exam. This is the first knowledge base to initiate the Microsoft Azure certification program.
